Six & Flow grows senior team with two new appointments

Growth agency Six & Flow has grown its senior team with the appointments of a new Head of Client Services and a new Head of Delivery.

Jaeger Dyble has joined Six & Flow as Head of Client Services from Purple Tuesday. Jaeger has 10 years’ experience within the B2B client services and sales spaces. Her new role will see her focusing on ensuring that the agency’s clients receive exceptional service from their dedicated customer success and digital project managers. She will also be working closely with the senior leadership team on the firm’s overall growth strategy which long-term client retention is a big part of.

Joining Jaeger is Nicole Sengers who is Six & Flow’s new Head of Delivery. Nicole is located at the agency’s hub in Johannesburg, but she will be reporting into the Manchester HQ and will be working across its global roster of clients. Her day-to-day responsibilities will include training, managing capacity planning and allocating work to the team, providing support on HubSpot and technical requests, streamlining and improving Six & Flow’s delivery processes as well as working with the team on strategic accounts to deliver growth.

In addition to Jaeger and Nicole, the agency has also made 10 other appointments across the business including Jennifer Growcott and Joseph Thomas in the strategy team; Kenita Garfuss in the systems team; and Nkhensani Mabunda in the client success team as well as Ryan Lee and Sarah Monjee in the growth team.
