Este Medical Group celebrates Trustpilot recognition

SKIN and hair specialist Este Medical Group is celebrating after topping the table of the Best Company in the Wellness Centre and Medical Centre categories on Trustpilot with 3,000 five-star reviews.

Since launching in 2015, the company’s CEO Sam Cinkir has placed customer wellbeing and satisfaction at the heart of every procedure.

And the personal care and attention to detail has seen Este Medical Group rewarded with incredible feedback from customers, who describe it as “amazing”, “beautiful” and “exceptional”.

Mr Cinkir said: “When we began our journey seven years ago, I wanted to do things a little differently to a lot of the skin and hair specialists that already existed.

“I was determined to put customers first and to make sure each and every person who came to Este Medical Group for a treatment left with a smile on their face.

“Some clinics are driven by the desire to make as much profit as possible, but I didn’t want that to be the ethos for Este.

“It is so rewarding for my staff and I to see so many happy customers who give us such great feedback and I am truly grateful for all the support.

“We are thrilled to have reached 3,000 ratings, the vast majority of which are five-star, on Trustpilot and we will do everything we can to make sure our customers continue to be wowed by our staff and our service.

“For me, being one of the biggest clinics in the UK is not about making money, it’s seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces that makes it all worthwhile.”

Mr Cinkir opened the first Este Medical Group clinic in Birmingham in 2015 to meet a growing demand for first-class aesthetic treatments at an affordable price.

His story has seen him come from growing up in rural Turkey with few prospects to becoming one of the UK’s most successful beauty moguls, with famous clients including Rhian Sugden, Amir Khan, Faryal Makhdoom and Love Island’s Anna Vakili.

Today, Este Medical Group boasts 11 clinics across the globe, including cities such as London, Manchester, Glasgow, Milan, Istanbul and Bucharest.

It treats 2,000 patients in the UK each day, offering a range of bespoke aesthetic solutions to suit every budget.

Popular treatments include the HydraFacial treatment, the Emsculpt body-contouring device and a series of hair growth solutions.

This month, Este Medical Group surpassed 3,000 reviews on Trustpilot, 98 percent of which are five-stars.

One happy customer wrote: “I have been getting my acne treatment from Nicola in the Birmingham branch and she is fantastic. She gives me amazing advice and I am always happy with my treatment from her.”

Another said: “I have previously been to other beauty places to get HydraFacial treatments but they have been nowhere near the standard of the treatments and service I received at Este.”

A third wrote: “So happy with my skin after my carbon laser facial with Amanda in Este Glasgow. I had really oily skin and the difference this has made is outstanding.”
