Rapid sell out for Sale Housing scheme

Blueoak Estates, developer of luxury, sustainable homes across the North West, is fast approaching a total sell out of Crossford Court, a 96 unit apartment scheme in Sale, Manchester, aimed at first time buyers.

The first phase of this scheme was launched in 2020 and has since attracted huge interest with a younger demographic confirming rapid purchases on the one and two bed apartments, with only one remaining for sale. Built to a high specification, the scheme is available to purchase under the Help to Buy scheme.

Crossford Court saw the conversion of an existing commercial building into residential. Employing a fabric first approach, Blueoak utilised a range of technologies at the site including off-site construction, introducing Mestsec panels into the core of the building. A sustainable development, Crossford Court relies 100% on electric heating. There are 10 car charging ports and super-fast broadband facilities.
