Housebuilder set to launch £23.5m residential conversion for London commuters
Galliard Homes is delighted to launch Newacre House in East Grinstead, which consists of the conversion of a landmark headquarters building into a new £23.5 million residential address.
This site will provide 109 studio and one bedroom apartments, all available with Help to Buy, bringing London-style living to West Sussex at affordable prices, suited for “first time buyers, young professionals, and investors alike”.

Estimated build completion of the first homes in Block D are Q1 2022 with Block E scheduled to be completed in Q2 2022. There are one-bedroom and studio suite show apartments in the building to “showcase the space and lifestyle on offer”.
David Galman, sales director at Galliard Homes says: “Newacre House is an opportunity not to be missed. Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while benefiting from the vast array of local amenities and superb travel connections in historic East Grinstead, residents really will be able to have it all.

“The apartments are finished to a superbly high standard and provide a fantastic chance for first-time buyers to get on the property ladder while living in a leafy location not too far from London.”
