Web specialist firm announces partnership with Yorkshire vehicle provider
Web and mobile experts 6B have been named the new technology partner for Drivespeed Group, an automotive supplier based in York.
The two Northern businesses are joining forces to continue the growth of the Drivespeed brand, after significant expansion over the last decade. The goal now is to create a cloud-based solution that will synchronise their multiple systems, as well as an infrastructure that’s built for scale with a top user experience.
The Yorkshire-based digital specialists will focus first on overhauling the entire back office system for their RB Associates arm, before building a user-centric front-end portal designed to significantly enhance the customer journey.
6B’s commercial director Rebecca Willis commented: “We’re delighted to be working with Drivespeed on their digital transformation. Like many businesses, their digital tools are crucial to the company’s growth plans, and it’s a privilege to be chosen to work as a key partner in delivering their ambitious plans.”
The system integration aims to boost revenue, enhance the digital customer journey and improve the efficiency of their internal workflows.
Core features of the new platform include an integrated, tailor-made CRM system, so the Drivespeed team can work across multiple business streams, plus live dashboards and reporting suites to maximise productivity.
Gary Beynon, Group MD at Drivespeed, added: “We wanted to partner with a digital agency that could offer a dedicated team of developers, who were capable of designing a single bespoke solution for all our brands – 6B ticked all the boxes.
“Their detailed approach to the research and discovery phase has given us the confidence that when the project is complete, our business will have future-proofed systems in place to achieve the revenue targets we have in our sights.”
This news comes after 6B had a successful year of growth in 2021, further bolstering their workforce by 80 per cent and receiving their Great Place to Work Certification in November 2022.
