Employees can now work from anywhere in the world at Nicholson Search & Selection

Following the success of its 4-day week its employees can now work for one month a year in any country.

Specialist technology recruitment firm, Nicholson Search & Selection, has today announced a brand new working initiative where its employees can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to one month per year. Employees will not be limited in their choice of destination so long as they continue to work the hours necessary to operate efficiently and achieve targets.

The new perk comes as a natural progression to the company’s highly successful 4-day working week, which it introduced back in 2015. Underlying the new ‘work from anywhere’ benefit is Nicholson’s continued commitment to ensuring colleagues attain the right balance between professional and personal fulfilment as well as boosting mental wellbeing.

According to research, more than two-thirds of employees are considering resigning from their positions in 2022 due to low job satisfaction and changing lifestyle priorities, contributing to what has become known globally as “The Great Resignation”. Nicholson hopes that this new policy will help accommodate this shift amongst its staff, allowing greater flexibility, supporting different working styles as well as allowing families and individuals to be closer to loved ones – or simply finding a change of scenery.
