118 homes delivered in London's Hayes
Construction work has been completed at the award-winning Bluenote Apartments development in Hayes.
Bellway London has delivered 118 homes at the site, off Blyth Road, which was commended at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards in September 2021. Bluenote Apartments, which is situated near the former EMI headquarters, won the award in the Best First-Time Buyer Home category.
Greg Allsop, sales and marketing director of Bellway London, said: “With construction work finished at the Bluenote Apartments development, we have now reached the final stages of the scheme with just a handful of homes remaining for sale.
“We are proud to have delivered more high-quality apartments in London, building on our growing legacy of providing homes where buyers want to live in the capital.
“Demand has been high for this development with many of our new residents putting their feet on the property ladder for the first time. The affordability of the apartments and the impending arrival of Crossrail means there has never been a better time to move to Hayes.
Greg continued: “Bluenote Apartments is a short walk from Hayes and Harlington Station, which – with the arrival of Crossrail due to cut commute times in half – will quickly link to both Heathrow and Canary Wharf via the Elizabeth Line.
“Another significant attraction for residents buying a home at the development is that they are allocated a space in the underground parking area beneath the building.”
The development consists of 77 apartments for private sale, alongside 34 apartments and a further seven townhouses designated as affordable housing for local people.
There is a selection of one-bedroom apartments currently for sale at Bluenote Apartments, with prices starting from £335k.
