Leeds regeneration consultancy secures £190m government funding to transform town centres

A Leeds-headquartered property regeneration consultancy has secured more than £190m from government funds for local authority clients to transform town centres.

AspinallVerdi, founded in 2009, provides advice and deliverable solutions to the most difficult regeneration, development and planning challenges.

With offices in London, Liverpool, Birmingham and Newcastle-upon-Tyne, the consultancy has worked alongside multi-disciplinary partner organisations and council teams to support successful applications for areas nationwide.

Consultants for the company acted on behalf of local authorities seeking funding for mixed-use regeneration schemes from Whitehall funding programmes such as the Towns Fund and Future High Streets Fund.

AspinallVerdi is also supporting public sector clients with applications for finance from round two of the Government’s Levelling Up fund.
