TritonExec Appoints HR & Talent Acquisition Partner
TritonExec, the global executive search firm specialising in leadership hiring, project hiring and exec RPO for professional services and fintech, appoints Terri Wickett as partner, based in London, UK.
Terri will spearhead the firm’s HR and talent acquisition offering which has been her specialism throughout her career to date.
Terri joins TritonExec following six years in her previous firm, where she single-handedly grew the HR and talent acquisition hiring team to ten people, and helped a number of high profile VC-backed firms build their C Suite, HR and leadership teams.
Her experience goes beyond talent acquisition, but also helping clients resolve issues around retention, culture and workplace diversity – all areas in which she has delivered on for a number of VC firms between series’ A-C in hyper scale mode.
TritonExec managing partner, Adam Stolerman, commented, “Terri’s appointment coincides with a watershed moment in HR and talent acquisition - the expertise of these functions will drive growth companies forward at such a competitive time for people. Her background in these two crucial areas is only going to be additive to our clients, especially in the age of ‘the great resignation’ and with retention being more important than ever. We are all excited to learn from her.
Terri holds unbelievable passion for gender and workplace equality which perfectly aligns with our reputation as a company that lives diversity, not least with women making up 70 per cent of our people.“
