Are you ready for the Care Sector’s Got Talent 2022?
Championing Social Care are proud to present the second annual Care Sector’s Got Talent competition and this year they promise it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!
Launching this week, Championing Social Care are on the hunt for the next BIG star or stars from within the UK’s fabulous Social Care Sector.
A nationwide initiative, Care Sector’s Got Talent is open to anyone who may live, rely on or work in the social care sector. Wherever, whoever and whatever the talent – from solo acts to duo’s groups and entire teams, all entrants need to do is visit www.championingsocialcare.org.uk/care-sectors-got-talent/ and submit their audition video which needs to be between 90 seconds and 2 minutes long. Those who make it through to the next stage will face an illustrious panel of judges and get to perform at the final in front of a live audience!
In 2021, the Stronger Together Community Choir stole the show to win Care Sector’s Got Talent performing live at the Care Show and the Leaders in Care awards! Music and Activities Coordinator at Future Directions’ Kevin penned their award-winning song “Stronger Together” at weekly Zoom musical fun meetings with members of Future Directions!
Angela Boxall, COO at Majesticare and member of Championing Social Care organising committee commented. “We were absolutely blown away by the incredible talent from the Care Sector in 2021 and with this year promising to be even bigger, we’re even more excited to showcase the fabulous people and award-winning talent from within our wonderful social care sector!”
This year’s winning act will again perform in front of a LIVE audience at the Care Show at the NEC Birmingham and the prestigious Leaders in Care Awards!
