Russell & Bromley opens at Liverpool ONE, its city debut and first 2022 store launch
Russell & Bromley, the premium British footwear and handbag brand, has opened in Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONE, marking its city debut and first store launch in 2022. Located on South John Street, the new 3,000 square feet site presents the new contemporary store format, reflective of the brand’s luxury positioning.
Showcasing Russell & Bromley’s extensive collection of fashion-led luxury women’s and men’s footwear and handbags, the debut Liverpool store provides a relaxing boutique customer experience within a premium setting. The Liverpool ONE space evolves the brand’s recent use of a complimentary blend of materials and finishings – wood, concrete, marble, medi terrazzo, bronze and polished brass - in its interior design and introduces new floor and feature wallbay fixture configurations, incorporating digtal screens alongside plush, organic and modern style customer seating areas.
Alison Clegg, Managing Director, Asset Management, Grosvenor, commented: “It has been an exciting journey for our friends at Russell & Bromley as this not only marks their first store opening in 2022 but also their city debut. We are extremely pleased that they have chosen Liverpool ONE as their preferred partner for this exciting time and their presence endorses the growth of our premium and luxury-focused offering.”
Andrew Bromley, CEO, Russell & Bromley, added: “We were delighted to have secured this key location in Liverpool ONE to further enhance our presence nationwide. It is a high-quality destination with a great reputation and unique appeal that attracts customers from across the region. We’re thrilled to be a part of the Liverpool ONE community and welcome new and existing customers to experience the Russell & Bromley brand first-hand in store and to view our exciting new collections for the season ahead.”
The opening of Russell & Bromley follows a successful first quarter at Liverpool ONE, with a collection of milestone launches, including the signing of Stradivarius on South John Street, marking the fourth Inditex-owned brand at the destination, plus the opening of Timoth Oulton on Peter’s Lane, the first standalone gallery in northern England for the brand.
Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool ONE. Russell & Bromley acted in-house.
