Newcastle based residential auctioneer celebrates 4,000 estate agent milestone
Over the last 12 months the iamproperty Group has added over 1,000 branches to its network, resulting in the milestone of 4,000 partner estate agents being reached.
The group also announced key industry partnerships with Countrywide, eXp UK and Arun Group to name a few. iamproperty also continues to grow its long standing relationships with The Guild and The Property Franchise Group (TPFG).
In 2021 iamproperty launched movebutler, the UK’s first end-to-end moving platform which combines upfront material information, AML compliance, financial and legal preparation to help agents to save time and increase revenues.
Since its launch in May 2021 more than 730 Estate Agents are now using iamproperty movebutler to manage onboarding and sales progression and saving hundreds of hours per week in admin time.
Celebrating their relationship with more than 4,000 estate agent branches across the UK, iamproperty continues to grow their UK reach. Their recent acquisition of VTUK will also add a further 300 agents to their Partner Network.
Ben Ridgway, managing director of iamproperty Group said: “Reaching this milestone is exciting for the business as it has been driven by our overall goal to offer agents modern solutions that work for their business and help them to tackle the challenges of today, and tomorrow.
“This started with the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA) which continues to grow and continuous innovation that now includes our Private Treaty offerings. We work incredibly closely with agents to develop solutions that add real value, and we will keep building our offering to support agents and their day-to-day operations.
“Our acquisition of VTUK in March forms a key part of our continued mission to modernise the property sector and to further develop solutions and services for Estate Agents that have speed and security at their heart.”
