Creative agency Exesios BDD is celebrating ‘coming of age’, with new contracts and new beginnings
Creative agency Exesios BDD is celebrating ‘coming of age’, with new contracts and new beginnings.
Founded 21 years ago by husband and wife Paul and Eleni Brammer, Exesios has grown despite the pandemic and undertook a move to Keele University’s new Smart Innovation Hub, in the Denise Coates Foundation development.
“The last year has seen a growth in digital clients who require a strong, clear presence. The pandemic accelerated moves to maximise online engagements.,” said Paul. “We are confident that Exesios is in great shape for the future.”
Paul and Eleni launched Exesios with a determination to promote great design and digital skills in North Staffordshire.
Paul explained: “We both studied art and I later completed post graduate studies in interactive multimedia design. This led to a desire to found a design studio in North Staffordshire incorporating the kind of high level skills seen in London and other big cities. BDD in our name stands for Brand, Digital and Design”
During its first 21-years, Exesios has supported hundreds of companies with full design and build briefs, from branding buildings to web design and, more recently, social media.
For many years, Exesios worked out of offices in the Trentham Lakes business quarter, but a move to Keele University’s Science and Innovation Park has helped the company to explore new projects.
Added Paul: “The Keele University and business campus is an excellent place in which to forge constructive working relationships both with innovative companies and academics. It also brings opportunities in the life sciences sector, which is an area we’ve worked in for many years.
“Exesios has worked with clients across many business sectors since 2001.
“For example, local clients include the James Kent Group and the UK arm of Sibelco and we recently completed a full rebrand for West Kirby Grammar School. We’re also the North West England partner for international branding experts UP There Everywhere which gives us access to expertise from more than 160 partners and members around the world, from Europe, the Americas and Asia.”
The company has a core team of six and a network of specialist associates.
