Future Workforce reports record revenues of €3.3m
Future Workforce, the intelligent automation and advanced analytics experts, have reported record revenues of €3.3m for the 2021 Financial Year ending 30 April. The Future Workforce Group, with offices in Bucharest, Cluj, London, Manchester, Munich and Eindhoven owes its’ rapid growth to a series of large client wins including Refinitiv, Knight Frank and Sephora. The company also works with Liberty London, National Bank of Romania and Betfair.
The consulting firm will continue to grow by helping companies implement intelligent automation and advanced analytics to improve customer experience and lift employee productivity. The company expects to increase revenues to €4.9m for the next financial year.
Future Workforce has focused on building successful automation roadmaps for its’s clients in recent years. The firm’s trademark B.O.T Centre of Excellence, has helped a number of organisations establish their own internal automation and analytics capabilities. The firm is now seeing increased demand for its Automation-as-a-Service model, which allows organisations to fully outsource their automation efforts.

The consulting firm is uniquely positioned in the market having landed strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors such as Microsoft, UiPath, Celonis, Soroco and Re:infer. Future Workforce employs 75 automation and analytics specialists, increasing headcount by 20% in the last financial year.
