Dunmoore, the UK real estate investment and development company, is working up plans for a 42,500 sq ft trade park development in Bedfordshire.

Dunmoore will deliver a high-quality trade park of eight trade counter units, totalling 42,500 sq ft.

The development is prominently located on Stratton Business Park, close to the intersection of the main A1M roundabout and the A6001 London Road, with neighbouring occupiers including Lidl, McDonalds, Travis Perkins, Homebase and the A1 Retail Park.

Andrew Scott, Director at Dunmoore, said: “After a successful period of sales at the end of 2021, we have reinvested part of the equity into a typical Dunmoore repositiioning opportunity. We know many of our existing trade tenants have requirements for space in the town and we look forward to working with them again”.
