This week’s round up of Londons appointments includes Property vision, Scott Brownrigg, Criteo. Read on to find out more.
Georgie Bolton and Tom Nicole, Property vision
Property Vision, is delighted to announce the expansion of its London offering with two new Executive appointments; in the form of Georgie Bolton and Tom Nicole. Both Georgie and Tom will be tasked with the responsibility of advising clients on property purchases, predominantly covering Southwest and Central London respectively.
Bringing a wealth of experience to Property Vision, Georgie’s “impressive” career in the capital’s high-end property world spans over a decade. She joins the firm following a successful stint as Business Development Director of Taylor Howes, an internationally recognised interior design studio. Prior to Taylor Howes, she worked for a renowned Kensington & Chelsea boutique real estate practice. In her new role, Georgie will be working across southwest London, covering the family house market.
Cutting his teeth with Knight Frank, Tom joined his previous agency role from Cranleigh School and spent several successful years with the company, covering London and the affluent greater Surrey area. Besides a black book brimming with contacts, Tom will provide clear-cut and thoughtful advice for clients. A people’s person, Tom brings an enthusiastic passion and natural exuberance that helps him bond with clients. He will be covering the prime central London market,

Shyamala Duraisingam, Scott Brownrigg
Scott Brownrigg have appointed Senior Project Manager Shyamala Duraisingam as Director to head up a new Design Management Unit. Shyamala, qualified as a Civil Engineer with Architecture and has worked on many large-scale international projects, most recently in Mexico City where she was Senior Design Manager for Foster + Partners on the new 750,000sq m International Airport in Mexico City.
As well as leading the Project and Design Management areas on Scott Brownrigg’s own projects, Shyamala will head up the newly formed and independent - Design Management Unit. “The Vision for this Unit is to coordinate and manage interactions between design and design related disciplines that enable project success at every stage - from concept to procurement, construction and operation.
“I am tremendously excited to be responsible for growing a design management service. We aim to make it unique in its ability to combine technical experience and design management expertise, in order to render services bespoke to each project.”
Jill Orr, Criteo
The commerce media company, announced today that it has hired Jill Orr to lead the company’s growing retail media business in the EMEA region. Orr is an experienced leader with a proven track record in retail and technology, having held several executive positions including Chief Operating Officer at Eyeota and EVP International at Triad Retail Media, among others.
Retail media is a significant driver of Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform strategy, which is the broader ability to connect marketers and media owners to monetize anywhere where consumers spend their time. With retail media, retailers create personalised advertising experiences within their properties, effectively making them media owners. By leveraging their own first-party data retailers can create shoppable moments for brands and deliver tangible commerce outcomes.
As Managing Director, Retail Media EMEA, Orr will be responsible for the expansion of Criteo’s retail media business in the region, driving adoption among leading retailers, agencies and brands and continuing to build out retail-focused services and solutions. The role will involve helping clients to unlock first-party based commerce media opportunities so they can acquire and retain consumers even outside their own properties.
