"Very popular" maritime conference welcomes back historic sponsors alongside new faces
The organisers of London International Shipping Week have welcomed a number of key sponsors of LISW23.
ATPI Marine & Energy and Qatar Airways will collectively kick off the week by opening the London Stock Exchange on the morning of September 11, 2023. Repeating the sponsorship they have held for the last three LISWs, reinforces ATPI’s position as an “integral” part of the shipping community by committing to supporting this global event.
The Government of Gibraltar has once again sponsored the “very popular” reception at the end of the headline LISW23 Conference.
Llewellyn Bankes-Hughes, director of Shipping Innovation, commented: “We are delighted to be working alongside our friends from the Gibraltar Government and the Port of Gibraltar. Their involvement in 2021 made the reception the highly successful event it was, and we are very excited about the event in 2023.”
Thomas Miller and the UK P&I Club have underlined their commitment to LISW23 by coming on as conference badge and lanyard sponsors of the LISW23 headline conference.
Shipping Innovation, owner of London International Shipping Week, has also extended its thanks to Inchcape Shipping Services, in addition to Quadrant Chambers for their sponsorship support as Silver Sponsors of LISW23.
Llewellyn continued: “We look forward to working with their teams to make LISW23 a major success for them and the other sponsors.”
LISW23 will be held during the week of September 11 to 15, 2023 and will play host to the maritime world with hundreds of events attracting thousands of international industry decision makers into London during the week.
The headline LISW23 Conference will be held on Wednesday September 13 while the LISW23 Gala Dinner will return to the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London on Thursday September 14.
