Customer Feedback Gets Full Hearing
In a recent customer feedback survey Belmont Healthcare asked their customers, family and friends if there was anything about their service and facilities that could be improved.
The response was overwhelmingly positive with some constructive points of feedback. Customers said they wanted a quicker response to emails and regular email updates on their relatives care. Additionally others suggested décor and furnishings would benefit from improvement, including attention to certain aspects of the garden areas.
Belmont Healthcare have responded bringing in additional members of staff to respond to emails with plans in action to launch a login portal by the end on 2022 for families to access updated care information about their relatives.
Refurbishment plans have been underway in each of the company’s homes with a comprehensive decorating schedule agreed. New furniture, soft fittings and curtains have been purchased with work expected to be complete by Autumn 2022.
Complete garden overhauls have also been completed at Haslington Lodge and Madeira Lodge Care Homes resulting in easy access and fully furnished landscaped gardens for everyone to enjoy.
Clare Swan, Operations Director said: “We are always keen to improve which is why we are grateful to everyone who provided their open and honest feedback. I am pleased to say that overall the response was nothing but outstanding, being praised for our level of care and support.”
