“Hugely desired” Stratford development pushes on as area’s regeneration continues
A partnership between Higgins Group and Sage Housing Association sees the latest phase of the “hugely desired” New Stratford Works get underway.
Developing 36 new apartments, Higgins Homes will market the private sale homes with the affordable housing purchased by Sage Housing Association.
The homes feature a contemporary design, with large windows to maximise light and smart design creating both a beautiful and functional home for residents to enjoy.
The “high specification” comes as standard, and includes fully fitted kitchens, hotel style bathrooms and integrated appliances from some of the leading brands.

New Stratford Works forms part of the major post-Olympic regeneration masterplan for London Borough of Newham and has been designed by PTE Architects with PRP Architects as working drawing architects.
The development is the next phase of ‘Stratford Work’s where 154 new homes were created with an extensive new linear park. and an extensive centralised park.
