Tribal Worldwide redesigns their creative department with three new hires

Tribal Worldwide, the Total Experience agency, has redesigned its creative department, hiring three new creatives to join the team. Dave Sullivan and Al Taylor as Creative Directors, and Sisley Henning as a Creative. These appointments are designed to deliver a fresh, focused process for its clients. Victoria Buchanan, Chief Creative Officer commenting on the creative department redesign said: “This new trio of talent joins our creative department at a time of significant change. We’re always reinventing, breaking the rules, and disrupting the status quo, placing our clients’ specific needs first and foremost. Our skilled creatives work as individuals or as multi combination teams with other practices, specialists and client teams depending on the project in hand.”

Dave Sullivan joins as Creative Director, bringing a strong copywriting background and award-winning work recognised by Cannes Lions, DA&D amongst others. He has extensive experience in the integrated advertising space, previously working at agencies including Publicis, CDD and AMV. Sullivan has worked on Tribal Worldwide’s successful Christmas campaign for Wren Kitchens and will be working across Volkswagen, Exxon and Wren crafting total experiences from film and social to sites.

Sullivan said “Having freelanced initially with Tribal Worldwide, I loved the company the minute I met them. The culture is fantastic and the Total Experience offering hugely appeals to my skill set. To take a customer from awareness all the way to service and post purchase is just the kind of agility I was looking for. With a digital edge, high energy, and fast-paced environment, I’m thrilled to be joining the team.”

Sullivan will also be joined by Creative Director Al Taylor. Previously working at agencies including AKQA, Collective London and Spark44, Taylor brings extensive cross-channel experience within the automotive sector. He will be working across Tribal’s portfolio of automotive clients including Volkswagen, Skoda and CUPRA. Taylor said: “Tribal Worldwide has an excellent reputation for innovation and creative work, as well as a great working culture and ethos, it really is a family and I’m delighted to be part of it.”

Tribal Worldwide has also appointed a new creative, Sisley Henning, who will report to Sullivan and Taylor. Henning has a background in film making, with a vast range of skills and experience in short films, animation, photography, voiceovers, and writing.

Henning said “Coming in as a hybrid creative enables me to work across a lot of different projects and utilise my wide skill set. The team is full of such diverse disciplines, so it’s a perfect environment to collaborate with and learn from people of all different backgrounds and disciplines.”

Victoria Buchanan, Executive Creative Director added: “Our new structure works well for defining to clients the kind of expertise that is needed for a project. Dave and Al are creative powerhouses on the digital and social side, and Sisley is our swiss army knife! It’s a joy to have such talent and energy join our team.”
