Roann Limited secures quarter million project for new Birmingham-based housing development
Quartz and granite kitchen worktop supplier, Roann Limited has secured a £251,000 contract with the furniture solutions company, David Phillips, as part of the new Winvic Construction housing development project ‘The Residences’.
Roann Limited will be supplying, manufacturing and delivering 375 Cosentino Silestone Marengo kitchen worktops for the new high-quality development in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
The 375 build-to-let apartments will be located by Edgbaston Road and Pershore Road and will be split over two blocks — the highest being 18 storeys.
The development, which is expected to be completed by September 2023, will include onsite car parking, resident amenity areas, and ground floor retail and commercial units for shops, cafés and restaurants.
Discussing the project, Scott Wharton, Sales Director from Roann Limited, said: “We are delighted to have been commissioned by design-led furniture company David Phillps to provide our Cosentino Silestone kitchen worktops - which are made from natural minerals and recycled materials.The Residences development will be a fantastic addition to the area, not only will it provide quality housing, but it will also provide jobs for the community too.”
Based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Roann Limited has completed over 25,000 kitchen worktop projects over three decades in the industry.
