Yorkshire edTech company celebrates team & product expansion
Yorkshire-based EdTech company Titus is marking a period of growth with expansion across both their team and product offering.
This week the company announced their new partnership with global learning EdTech group, Totara, who work with organisations including Samsung, Pizza Express and Amazon. This is supported by the addition of 18 new team members, increasing their headcount by than 50 per cent over the last 12 months.
Founded in 2013, Titus specialises in developing bespoke digital learning platforms and is one of the world’s leading Moodle partners working with market leading clients including CNN, Network Rail, the Labour Party, Superdry, the NHS and Dermalogica.
The new hires span every department, as well signalling the creation of a new customer division to ensure the customer remains at the heart of the business, and that high levels of service are retained during this period of growth.
Titus has also diversified its product offering by becoming a Totara Alliance Partner, which allows them to offer the Totara Talent Experience Platform (TXP).
The features of the platform are designed to support organisations in upskilling their workforce, manage new employee onboarding more efficiently and promote a culture of learning and development.
Co-founder of Titus, Seb Francis said, “we’re always looking for ways to better serve our customers. By welcoming our new team members, we’re able to continue the high levels of service our customers are used to throughout our growth.
“The demand for a diverse range of learning opportunities within organisations has become more apparent over the past few years, and adding Totara’s TXP to our product list complements our existing offering perfectly.
“As well as traditional course-based eLearning, we can now empower organisations to cater for a broader range of learning styles, with social learning and performance management being integral parts of the TXP.”
