Leeds commercial interior design firm expands with new ‘One Space’ management arm
Having recently announced its investment and partnership with property management business Inhabet, commercial interior design firm Design Tonic have now launched a “forward-thinking” facilities management company which will run alongside it: One Space.
Providing a one stop shop for business owners, occupiers and managing agents, One Space seeks to stand out from its competition due to the technology being used in addition to its “hands-on approach”.
Managing director at Design Tonic, Amanda Cook explains in more detail: “This was a brilliant opportunity to expand our position in the marketplace and support other businesses, showing them the extent and breadth of the services we offer.
“Already renovating office space across the region, we are already at the forefront of the latest technology and environmental systems, so it made sense to expand this knowledge into other areas.
“As a Yorkshire based company with multiple layers of expertise, this has been a welcome opportunity for Design Tonic and one we are really looking forward to developing.”
Partnering with Alex Jowett, also behind Inhabet, Alex added: “One Space has provided an opportunity for us to give property owners complete peace of mind, knowing their property is in safe hands. We are also able to report back to clients on the efficiencies we have created, and how adaptable we can be, ensuring personalised packages for clients.”
With properties in Leeds already on their books including Kings House, Munro House and the Leeming building, One Space are looking to expand their portfolio across the county.
