Care Home Launches General Residents’ Meeting
Thanks to the newly appointment Activities Coordinator Adele Grant at Madeira Lodge Care Home held their very first General Residents’ Meeting this month to discuss topics close to the hearts of each person who has made the care home their home.
With a packed agenda covering topics such as standards of care, cleanliness of the home, and quality of the food, everyone had the opportunity to discuss their likes and dislikes, raise concerns and queries and share their praise and support.
With everyone eager to participate the feedback was very positive. 100% can’t fault anything about Madeira Lodge; ‘brilliant’ and ‘very good’ were the remarks with no complaints.
Sarah Pennington, Manager at Madeira Lodge Care Home says: “Requests for roast pork and fruit crumble to be added to the menu was as tough as it got and I think we can make that happen for everyone. But with overall feedback stating it is a nice atmosphere and all agreeing it is all pretty good, I think that is a result for us and a positive first General Residents’ Meeting all thanks to Adele.”
