Yorkshire-based geospatial business and marketing consultancy celebrates ninth year in business
Yorkshire-based geospatial business and marketing consultancy, Elaine Ball Ltd, is celebrating its ninth year in business after continuing to expand and grow its client base and service offering since it first began in 2013.
Based in Harrogate, Elaine Ball Ltd is a dedicated business and marketing consultancy for the global Geospatial industry (land surveyors and sellers of geospatial survey equipment), delivering business, sales, and marketing consulting services through workshops, training courses and consultancy.
Over the past year, Elaine has seen revenue grow by 30% despite the pandemic predicted to have a negative impact on the business’s bottom line.
Managing Director, Elaine Ball comments: “Myself and the team are thrilled that Elaine Ball Ltd is celebrating its ninth year in business. I can only attribute our success to the passion and intent of the team who are all focused on raising sales and marketing standards within the Geospatial industry and Survey Profession Globally.
“Our business is built on a genuine drive to change the way the industry is perceived and over the past few months, we have been able to share our enthusiasm with others in a face to face setting as we start to speak at events again. Meeting others and sharing our passion are all the things that we love and give us our purpose within the business to keep on doing what we do, to better our industry, helping it to modernise & thrive. Looking forward to the next year, it is set to be even bigger and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.”
Elaine Ball Ltd delivers business, sales and marketing consultancy through The Geospatial Marketing Academy (GMA), as well as bespoke workshops and training. GMA offers a 10-week program to Geospatial businesses and Survey professionals by teaching them to develop a client driven marketing approach that enhances sales quality leading to a more profitable business.
Elaine is also the Co-Founder of Get Kids into Survey; a campaign aimed at inspiring future geospatial experts between the ages of 8-12, educating parents and teachers about surveying, and helping to solve the recruitment issue which is endemic in the industry. They are doing this through raising global awareness using their GeoSquad comic book and hub of online resources.
