London-based Urban Network acquires Dedred Coms
Dedred Coms is pleased to announce its recent acquisition by Urban Network. Dedred Coms’ design, digital development and online campaign experience compliments Urban Network’s technical offering as a market-leading outsourced IT service provider.
With a ‘comprehensive’ portfolio of managed cloud and on-premise services, and a team of IT professionals, Urban Network delivers complete IT solutions to businesses. They are partnered with many ‘best of breed’ IT providers, and are accredited to offer fully managed services for any requirement.
“It’s an exciting prospect for the Dedred team, and we look forward to contributing to the expansion of the Urban Network portfolio of services.” said Kerst Ward, MD of Dedred Coms.
With the merger comes additional personal responsibilities for Kerst as Head of Marketing at Urban, a role which sees him as ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’; custodian of the Urban brand, implementing new strategies to open up yet untouched vertical markets and other new business opportunities.
“It’s great to have Kerst on board” said Perry Ashby, Urban’s CEO. “His full-service agency experience, along with Dedred’s digital expertise, will prove invaluable to the Urban offering and to our corporate objectives for growth through continued commercial success and acquisition.”
