Energy efficiency specialist acquires new West Yorkshire office to accommodate "ambitious growth plans"
Building services and energy efficiency specialists Hawley Group has signed a three-year lease within Towngate PLC’s Parkview House at Woodvale Office Park in Brighouse.
The organisation has upgraded to 2,800 sq ft via Towngate PLC to consolidate its office requirements under one larger roof, leaving room for further expansion in the future.
Boasting a qualified team of industry experts, Hawley Group aims to provide a “comprehensive” range of services, from accountancy and business consultancy to mechanical and electrical contracting and energy efficiency advice.
Over the past 12 years, the company has grown to become one of “Leeds City region’s top 10 per cent fastest growing businesses”, with a focus on sustainability and the environment.
The new space forms part of the former Woodvale Spinning Mill and offers a recently refurbished, modern office development within a “peaceful landscaped setting”. Keen to promote its sustainability agenda, Towngate has also installed new EV charging points in the car park, which provides ample space for the various tenants.
The site benefits from communication links to the M62 and Brighouse Railway Station. In addition, nearby amenities include a swimming pool and fitness centre as well as Tesco, Sainsburys, and Lidl supermarkets, within walking distance.
Andrew Hawley, group managing director of Hawley Group commented on the organisation’s new space: “The whole team is over the moon with our new location, which affords us more room within an excellent setting. Towngate has been fantastic in offering us affordable office space to bolster the company’s ambitious growth plans.”
Towngate’s marketing manager, Julia Ford added: “We are delighted to welcome our new neighbours to the Woodvale Office Park in Brighouse. We’re sure the location, amenities, and surroundings will prove extremely advantageous to the organisation and its staff. We wish them every success in their new home.”
