The Experience Bank Supports Dittolo Helping improve Mental Health awareness in the Workplace
When Duncan Robertson and his twin brother Guy were both made redundant during the pandemic, they knew it was time to found their own business, and thanks to the support they received from The Experience Bank the siblings are now moving forward with the phase one roll out of the Dittolo solution.
Dittolo is a data driven solution that allows employers to make evidence based positive change by providing the business with visibility of the mental health landscape in their organisation. The Data insights lead to informed interventions, promoting more engaged, happier teams helping organisations be great places to work so they can attract and retain talent.
When setting up Duncan and Guy pulled in all the experience they had in their own network to advise them, and a brilliant concept was created with plans, strategy, technology, branding and proposition. Leveraging their network at NatWest (Nickie Kilkenny), they were connected with Moray Martin who suggested they speak to Peter Neal at The Experience Bank to take the business to the next level. Duncan said:
“Having got off to a flying start, we recognised that we were ready for advisory expertise in a range of key areas including IT, business development, apps and growth strategy. Peter came highly recommended by our network, so we got in touch. We are very glad we did as we are now excited to be working with three highly skilled advisors that complete our advisory council.
“A huge thank you to Peter for his help, we found him so easy to talk to, and he has an incredible network, and an excellent reputation. He is enthusiastic and passionate, and we look forward to a long working relationship when we are ready to start to appoint high level personnel.”
Peter is excited at the future for Dittolo with Mark Scanlon, Duncan Davies and John Harrison advising on app development, strategy and how to scale and grow. He said:
“Dittolo is a fabulous concept and under the guidance of this trio of advisors, it has an interesting journey ahead. I shall be watching closely and look forward to supporting the team when they are ready to make more key appointments.”
