Leicester recruitment firm moves into 'expansive' new office space

365 People, a Leicester-based warehouse, logistics, engineering and commercial recruitment specialist, is moving to an outstanding new four-storey office building in the heart of Leicester City Centre.

The impressive premises on Belvoir Street sits in the middle of a hotspot for recruitment in the city, with 365 People rubbing shoulders with the likes of Quest and Pertemps from their new Leicester base.

365 People was established in July 2020, with the company enjoying a burgeoning reputation as a leading supplier of local workers to local businesses across the East and West Midlands. With a motto of ‘Connecting people, every day’, 365 People places more than 750 people each week across its specialist industries.

Company directors Paul Vinas and Craig Chapman currently employ a team of 15, not forgetting Ralph, the office dog!

The company opened a new office in Birmingham earlier this year, and has ambitious plans to open premises in Derby and Coventry 2023, and Nottingham and Northampton in 2024. 365 People is naturally delighted to be moving into a wonderful new HQ in Leicester, which will provide the perfect base to support continued growth.

“The move to our new offices is a super exciting milestone,” said Craig Chapman, director at 365 People. “Having been founded during the height of the pandemic, we have worked incredibly hard to create a recruitment brand that stands out from the crowd and is envied by our competitors. Our new Leicester base gives us the opportunity to develop our client base even further and truly realise our ambitious growth plans.”

“The growth of 365 People in such a short space of time is something we are extremely proud of,” said Paul Vinas, Director of 365 People. “Moving to our new Belvoir Street office is a reflection of the direction in which we are moving, and we can’t wait to start settling in!”
