Cascade Grows Team with Credit Control Expert
A leading independent and transparent service created to make savings simple has bolstered the team’s numbers with the addition of Theresa Allen.
Theresa joins the North East based team of Cascade Cash Management as a client support assistant bringing with her a number of years of career experience in credit control, sales ledger control and retail.
The 53-year-old mother to two teenage girls has taken on the part time role to increase the challenge to herself, alongside the role she holds at Fenwick Newcastle and her charity volunteer roles.
Originally from South London, but now settled in Camperdown with her family, Theresa is delighted to join the organisation which she says is different to anywhere she has worked before. She said:
“As client support assistant I am supporting the team in making sure our customer service to our clients and customers is second to none. I ensure the administration, interest rate updating and correspondence is diligently undertaken and it is fantastic to use that part of my brain again.
“It is a brilliant team and I am enjoying learning new things about banking, savings and cash every day. I have already got to grips with the basics of the leading cash management company that is on a mission to help people reach their savings goals faster, smarter and happier on all levels. I look forward to now supporting the entire team by supporting clients on their savings journey and ensuring the Cascade dataset of 5500+ bank accounts is updated and accurate.”
