Full steam ahead: Camden Coffee Roastery opens at Hawley Wharf

LabTech, owners of the world-famous Camden Market, have announced the opening of experiential Camden Coffee Roastery, a café and roastery concept, at Camden Market Hawley Wharf.

Spanning 1,600 sq ft, Camden Coffee Roastery has a striking 10-metre-long wall housing global coffee varieties, a selection of domestic and commercial brewing and serving kits, and stylistic coffee silos. With a double frontage opening onto both Castlehaven Road and the Dockray Place central courtyard, the space has seating capacity for 30 covers indoors and 30 outside. The new café and roastery joins Exmouth Coffee Roaster’s flagship space in East London, and offers an interactive coffee experience for all visitors, with every coffee blend on offer fully customisable, and the Camden Coffee Roastery team on hand to offer insightful blending advice.

The café area features a dedicated coffee-tasting bar, allowing visitors to enjoy coffee crafted to their preferred method, with beans freshly roasted in the centerpiece, a bespoke slow drum Giesen Coffee Roaster. Camden Coffee Roastery also offers a hearty all-day a la carte menu influenced by GROUNDED LONDON (their renowned brunch eatery located on Whitechapel road) featuring classics such as a Full English and Eggs Benedict, including both vegan and vegetarian options and a deli bar comprising a wide range of bakery products.

This announcement follows the wider news that prime family entertainment leisure concept, Babylon Park, has launched its debut UK site at Camden Market Hawley Wharf, next door to Camden Coffee Roastery.
