What’s Possible Group promotes Annalisa Gribble to Managing Partner of The People Team

What’s Possible Group, the harmonious marketing group for dynamic growth brands, has promoted Annalisa Gribble to Managing Partner of its People Team.

Gribble, who was previously Head of People, will focus on putting diversity, inclusion, and equality at the heart of the Group’s talent retention and recruitment strategy. She will work closely with external partners, including Creative Equals, Creative Mentor Network, Brixton Finishing School, On-Hand and BeyondAutism. She advocates putting people at the heart of business decisions and is a champion of employee health and wellbeing and learning and development.

Gribble joined in 2013 to create and lead the People team and has remained at the heart of What’s Possible Group for the last nine years. During this time Annalisa has led the Workers and Community aspects of the group’s journey to becoming B Corp accredited and spearheaded initiatives including hiring a qualified in-house mental health and well-being specialist (a first for the independent media sector). Her work has helped the Group be named as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work every year for the last five years.
