Sunderland based HR firm launches podcast
Oculus HR are on a mission to support businesses to support their people and today the Founder and Managing Director Louise Kennedy has hit the airways with the launch of her Real World HR podcast.
The all-new Real World HR podcast will share real world stories behind their HR processes, to put the human back into HR. The good, the bad, the ugly, and everything in between.
Oculus HR recently celebrated 9 years in business and the businesses has seen continuous expansion and growth over the years working across industries and on a vast range of HR topics.
With recent trends showing that HR is becoming ever more needed with the wide variety of legislative changes in addition to variations in working practices Louise is keen to share her knowledge and industry insights in a relaxed and informal way so businesses can engage with ‘real world’ HR and everything this embodies.
