Growing High Wycombe firm makes two key promotions

A leading property consultancy in High Wycombe has announced two senior promotions following further success in the past year.

Fisher German, which has an office on Lancaster Road, has promoted Lara Mohacs to associate partner within its commercial property management division.

And Graham King, who manages a variety of diverse portfolios, has been promoted to senior associate.

Lara, who has more than 20 years of experience within commercial property management, has been with Fisher German for around five years and is the regional head for the firm’s South East and South Central property management team.

She said: “This promotion tops off what has been a really exciting time watching the business continue to grow both via merger activity and winning new business.

“It has been a really busy period for my 12-strong team as we continue to meet rising demand for the management of industrial units and office space, and our team is set to grow even further over the coming year.

“I’m proud to have been recognised in this way by Fisher German and to work for a firm that is committed to helping its colleagues to develop and grow, and I am looking forward to developing my career even further with the business.”

Fisher German, headquartered in Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire, has announced 26 new promotions across all divisions of the business.

The promotions come after the firm’s merger with Matthews & Goodman earlier in the year, which created one of the largest providers of multi-disciplinary property services in the UK, with a turnover approaching £60 million with 29 offices.

Senior Partner at Fisher German Duncan Bedhall said: “We are once again pleased to see a high number of people advancing within the firm as part of our career progression framework.

“As our business and Partnership continue to grow in size, we are seeing an increase in opportunities for our colleagues to develop and progress their careers, with a wide variety of career pathways available beyond the traditional graduate route. It is an incredibly exciting time to be working at Fisher German.”
