Vendigital, a top-20 management consultancy firm, has made a trio of senior-level promotions, strengthening its leadership team and underpinning its strategic growth plan.
The three promoted individuals are Nick Harrison, head of consulting, Alec McCullie, chief technology officer, and Dom Tribe, partner specialising in consulting services for the automotive industry.
As head of consulting, Nick will be encouraging more cross-company collaboration and helping to share knowledge and expertise across the firm. He will continue his current role as lead partner for businesses in the industrial manufacturing and aerospace and defence sectors.
Alec McCullie is leading the development of the firm’s digital offering while continuing to help clients develop innovative ways to harness the value of their data while improving and sustaining data maturity.
Dom Tribe will lead the firm’s automotive team, which has recently received a gold medal for excellence in the FT’s Leading Management Consultants 2022 awards. His experience in helping high-value global manufacturers to optimise value and achieve cost-led transformations has contributed to the firm’s achievements to date.

Nicholas Schiloff, Fabrix
Fabrix, the vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and management company, has hired Nicholas Schiloff as CIO to lead the firm’s investment and asset management activities.
Nicholas has over 12 years of real estate investing experience, having worked for leading institutional firms including Blackstone, Mount Kellett and Hines.
Nicholas joins Fabrix from Blackstone, where he left as a Principal after seven years with the firm. His experience included more than €12bn of private and public market acquisitions in the UK and Europe across a variety of property types including logistics, residential, offices, life sciences and film studios.
Nicholas was involved in a number of Blackstone’s investments in the U.K. including St. Modwen Properties, BioMed Realty follow-ons, Sunset Waltham Cross Studios and The Arch Company.
Before joining Blackstone, Nicholas was an Associate at Mount Kellett where he focused on special situations and distressed debt investments. He began his career at Hines where he spent four years on the acquisitions and development team.

Andreas Yianni, CrowdProperty
Following the announcement of a “record-breaking” September (with over £14.3m lent), CrowdProperty continues to invest in its property team and regional property expertise with the appointment of Andreas Yianni as head of business development for London & the South.
Andreas is well versed in dealing in the development lending space, having previously held roles at Avamore Capital and Century Capital. Prior to this, he worked as a specialist finance broker for two years and has built strong relationships with contacts across the property and lending market.
With 10 years’ experience as a private banker, across both Barclays and Lloyds Bank, Andreas is adept at managing client portfolios including considerations around investment and debt solutions.
Damon Walford, CCO at CrowdProperty, said: “Andreas’ commercial acumen and numerous industry contacts will support our mission to deliver the best development lending experience to our customers, providing a local contact for intermediaries and developers in the South as well as enhancing the knowledge and expertise of the team as a whole.
