Cambridge Gets Over £800k Retail Boost with brand new jewellery store and Swiss watch boutique
Family-owned national diamond, jewellery and watch retailer, Beaverbrooks, has opened its first store in Cambridge’s Grand Arcade Shopping Centre bringing significant investment in luxury retail ahead of the busy Christmas period.
Creating 12 new roles and investing over £800k in the area, the national retailer will also be opening the first dedicated TAG Heuer Boutique in the city and will be the only stockist of the Luxury Swiss watch brand in the area.
The brand new Beaverbrooks store which opened Thursday 20 October has been specially designed to create a more immersive shopping experience for customers, introducing an exclusive ‘diamond room’ ideal for those looking to browse an extensive selection of prestigious diamond brands and jewellery for special moments.
As well as stocking first-of-its-kind diamond collection, ‘Beyond Brilliance’, the store also brings a wide range of luxury bridal pieces and the latest exclusive diamond range from the retailer, ‘Essence’. The team, who are experts in jewellery, diamonds and watches, will be able to assist customers with making important purchases.
Bringing a dedicated Luxury Swiss watch retail space to Cambridgeshire, the new boutique features a selection of TAG Heuer’s most anticipated launches and heritage pieces, including Special Editions such as the sought-after Carrera Porsche timepieces.
With 70 stores across the UK, the national jeweller has continued to expand its luxury offering over recent months. The new TAG Heuer boutique is the eighth addition to the Beaverbrooks portfolio and the second to be opened by the brand over the last year.
The new stores in the popular Grand Arcade centre are set to become a leading watch and jewellery destination within Cambridge and East of England.
