Businesses from across the Midlands gathered to celebrate major investments
Businesses from across the Midlands gathered to celebrate major investments at a Warwickshire company.
Squab Storage, which is headquartered near Leamington, offers storage and business units, domestic and commercial removals, van hire, document services and conferences. The company also has bases in Evesham and Rubery and recently announced a £3.5 million investment in a new complex in Suffolk.
It has formed the Squab Business Club for customers and tenants and its first meeting attracted more than 50 companies.
Squab Storage director Alex Henney said it was a chance to showcase recent developments on the site but also to encourage working between tenants.
He said: “The firm started at our Leamington site and we have expanded and diversified. For example, we have recently invested to create new office space and a café and meeting place, so we thought it would be good to get all our tenants and customers to talk about developments.
“Often tenants do not get a chance to meet each other as they are so busy and often work different times but this was perfect for networking and we know that several have already linked up.”
