Finders International wins national marketing and social media award
The UK’s largest probate genealogy company, Finders International, has won in the category of ‘Best Use of Marketing and Social Media’, at the British Wills & Probate Awards 2022, in Birmingham.
The British Wills & Probate Awards is a national initiative which recognises excellence among companies and individuals that operate across the probate research industry, and its related services.
Receiving the award on behalf of Finders International was head of marketing, Kirsty O’Brien, and deputy managing director, Simonne Llewellyn, and was presented by broadcaster and journalist, Jennie Bond.
Judges at the event stated: “The winning organisation has a proven record of strength in marketing, media and social media which is the driving force behind their growth and success.” Over the past year, Finders International has received numerous high profile national press articles and has a robust and lively social media presence, from an industry sharing fascinating stories about family histories.
Earlier this year, Finders International was awarded the highest accolade – Company of the Year – at the 2022 Probate Research Awards (PRAs or ‘Probies’), in recognition of its work across probate research – the process of tracing family members to estates to which they often had no idea they were legally entitled. The award was presented by Rob Rinder to the company’s founding director, Danny Curran.
