High-Rise Communications wins GMYN account and will help raise national and local profile of the charity’s support to young people

High-Rise Communications is delighted to be providing external communications support to Greater Manchester Youth Network (GMYN) with effect from this week. GMYN’s vision is that Young People Can and the charity focuses on supporting young people aged 13 to 25 including those with experience of the care system and with special educational needs and disabilities. The charity delivers a range of programmes and drop-in activities to help young people transition to adulthood feeling skilled, supported and positive.

High-Rise will be providing strategic support across programmes, services, campaigns and fundraising which will see it helping to raise GMYN’s profile nationally and locally. Alex Fairweather, the Chief Executive and Founder of GMYN, says: “We are thrilled to have High-Rise on board to help provide strategic direction to our communications. We want to strengthen our messaging, attract new audiences including businesses who might be interested in supporting us and make sure we are using the best methods to show that #YoungPeopleCan.”

Helen Furnivall, Managing Director of High-Rise Communications says: “We are delighted to be working with GMYN. The current John Lewis ad is shining a spotlight on the importance of young people getting the help and support they need. One of our priorities for the coming months will be helping to raise the profile of the amazing work that GMYN is doing to support young people in Greater Manchester with experience of the care system.”
