Award win for Sunderland based ISO specialist
Sunderland based ISO consultancy, Compliant, are celebrating as they are announced as winners of the ‘Best Multi-Channel Campaign’ in the inaugural 2022 Marketscan awards.
The award celebrated the successful results of both telephone and email marketing campaigns as a result of high quality procured data.
Compliant, who provide specialist support to businesses looking to gain ISO certifications, have seen a surge in enquiries and orders as a result of the targeted campaigns as companies look to invest in their business and gain competitor advantage.
ISO standards are becoming increasingly necessary for businesses looking to grow, tender for public sector contracts or for inclusion in specific frameworks, they demonstrate a commitment to clients, can improve employee performance and give business owners improved control.
Marketscan, who are themselves an award-winning B2B data provider, have over 40 years experience in the sector which was a deciding factor in Compliant working with the reputable provider.
Following the data purchase, the email and telephone campaigns were managed by Compliant’s Digital Marketing & Internal Audit Manager, Danielle Barry and Sales & Marketing Manager, Nicola Halse. Targeted, sector specific email campaigns were devised and distributed to eligible businesses within the UK, the results, including open and click through rates, were analysed with further follow-up calls made to engaged businesses. This, along with prominent call to actions within the emails, resulted in an increase in enquiries and orders for not only ISO certifications but also industry related accreditations such as CHAS, Safecontractor and Achilles.
Nicola Halse, Compliant’s Sales & Marketing Manager, was delighted with the award win, commenting, ‘We’re over the moon to be named as ‘Best Multi-Channel Campaign’ winners, the team have invested time and resource in creating responsive and valuable email campaigns which highlight the benefits of ISO certifications and the support we can provide. Data which is managed in a compliant and sensitive manner can be invaluable to a business, we can promote our message to a huge reach and ensure decision makers and business owners receive this direct to their inbox.
There is a common misconception with ISO that gaining the certifications can be costly and time consuming, the data has provided us with an opportunity to reach businesses direct to their inbox and explain that this is not the case. Working with Compliant ensures that businesses gain the certifications with as little disruption as possible and with our monthly low-cost payment plans, ISO certainly does not have to be a large expense for the business.
We’re looking forward to further campaigns in 2023 and increasing our client base across the UK.’
