Reading FC sign two-year extension with recovery partner KYMIRA

KYMIRA®, the wearable infrared performance clothing brand designed to help athletes enhance performance, accelerate recovery and reduce the chances of injury, is proud to announce it has extended its partnership as the official recovery partner of Reading FC for the next two seasons.

The deal will see KYMIRA® continue support both the men’s and women’s teams by providing game-changing solutions to reduce injuries, accelerate recovery, and contribute to the overall wellness of Reading FC athletes. Reading FC have been working with KYMIRA® since February 2022, ensuring the club’s men’s and women’s first team players are equipped with KYMIRA’s latest wearable infrared recovery and performance training wear.

Founded in 2013 by Timothy Brownstone at the University of Reading, KYMIRA® infrared technology is recognized and used in workflows of a number of elite organizations including Premier League football clubs, international rugby teams and Olympic organisations. In the US, KYMIRA® currently supplies teams in the NFL, MLS, the MLB and Colleges across the Power 5.
