Cocktail company founded during the pandemic expands its brand
Lockdown Liquor & Co., the London based award-winning cocktail company, has announced its range expansion and move into premium canned cocktails. Inspired by fast-paced, modern living, Easy Liquor cocktails are refreshing, flavourful and made using recognised ingredients.
Founded in April 2020, by entrepreneurs and esteemed business talent Natasha and Jack Durling (Founder and Global Director of Total Management Group), Lockdown Liquor & Co. is one of COVID-19’s small business success stories offering small-batch, premium blended cocktails.
The collection started as five blends: the Picante, Pepino, Pepino Ruso, Tucci and Espresso Martini, but the range has now extended to include Island Punch, Hail Mary, Torino, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Passionfruit and Lychee Martini’s. Alongside non-alcoholic blends Forest Picante and Seaweed Pepino, and limited-edition seasonal specials.
Since inception, philanthropy has been at the heart of the brand and with Lockdown Liquor & Co. partnering with Founders Pledge, a community of entrepreneurs uniquely committed to giving, whereby Natasha and Jack support funding solutions to research companies and charities aligned to their own brand DNA, with a focus on pandemic and COVID-19 related initiatives.
Co-founders of Lockdown Liquor & Co., Natasha and Jack Durling comment: “Our goal at Lockdown Liquor has always been to create the best premium cocktails on the market and with Easy Liquor that is no different.
“Easy Liquor was created to make premium quality cocktails available to as many people as possible, using real ingredients and award-winning spirits that can be enjoyed wherever you go. We are truly excited with the launch of Easy Liquor and its proposition of canned cocktails done differently without compromising on quality.”
John Steele, trade marketing director with C&C Group comments: “Following the resounding success of Lockdown Liquor Co’s introduction into the C&C business as an agencybBrand - we are delighted to be able to bring Easy Liquor to the UK Market and further share the very best premium blended cocktails, this time in a perfect 125ml serve can”.
