Nottingham car dealership rewarded for Motability excellence

Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Hyundai has won a nationally recognised award highlighting the outstanding service that it delivers to Motability customers.

The Motability Operations accolade is designed to reward best practice and to ensure Motability customers receive an exemplary experience.

The awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the scheme, with the assessment based on customer feedback and reviews of its performance.

James Horne, Dealer Partner Relationship Manager at Motability Operations Ltd, said: “The focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing a consistently positive customer service experience, after all, they are often the first point of contact for our customers.

“It’s important for us to recognise our dealer partners, who go above and beyond when representing the Motability Scheme and highlight those who are setting a great example of how to do it well, like Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Hyundai. Many congratulations to them on their award!”

Robert Forrester, Chief Executive of Bristol Street Motors, said: “Our colleagues at Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Hyundai pride themselves on being Motability specialists, offering a service tailored to meet a customer’s specific needs.

“To be cited as exemplars and for going ‘above and beyond’ is tremendous validation of the high levels of Motability service and customer care that is provided at this dealership.

“Everyone at Bristol Street Motors Nottingham Hyundai is committed to continuing this approach to customer service and to welcoming Motability customers, both old and new, through its doors.”

The dealership, in Nuthall Road, offers a wide range of new Hyundai Motability cars including the i10, i20, Bayon and Tucson.

Anyone who receives the Higher Rate Motability Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Motability Component of Personal Independence Payment, War Pensioners’ Motability Supplement or Armed Forces Independence Payment, can exchange their weekly payment to lease a new car through the Motability Scheme.

Insurance, servicing, RAC breakdown assistance and replacement tyres are included in the cost of the lease.
