Solicitors announce expansion into new Darlington office

Latimer Hinks Solicitors has announced an expansion into an additional office in the centre of Darlington as part of its ongoing growth and investment plan.

The firm, which has been headquartered in Priestgate since the early 1900s, will be expanding into Coniscliffe House, on Coniscliffe Road, with some of its experienced commercial property and farms & estates teams working there from spring 2023.

The expansion follows the appointment of a new owner/leadership team at the beginning of 2020, which saw Elizabeth Armstrong become managing director and co-owners Natalie Palmer, Martin Williamson and Adam Wood continue with their director roles.

In addition to these changes, Latimer Hinks has made a significant investment in its IT systems, aiming to revolutionise the way that it works with its clients, and has fully refurbished its client spaces at its Priestgate office.
