Solicitors announce expansion into new Darlington office
Latimer Hinks Solicitors has announced an expansion into an additional office in the centre of Darlington as part of its ongoing growth and investment plan.
The firm, which has been headquartered in Priestgate since the early 1900s, will be expanding into Coniscliffe House, on Coniscliffe Road, with some of its experienced commercial property and farms & estates teams working there from spring 2023.
The expansion follows the appointment of a new owner/leadership team at the beginning of 2020, which saw Elizabeth Armstrong become managing director and co-owners Natalie Palmer, Martin Williamson and Adam Wood continue with their director roles.
In addition to these changes, Latimer Hinks has made a significant investment in its IT systems, aiming to revolutionise the way that it works with its clients, and has fully refurbished its client spaces at its Priestgate office.
Elizabeth Armstrong, managing director, said: “Expanding into our new Coniscliffe House office is an incredibly important step for Latimer Hinks as it enters the next phase of growth.”
“Latimer Hinks has been serving Darlington and the surrounds for more than 135 years. Darlington is part of the fabric of Latimer Hinks. Thanks to investment in the local area and the addition of the treasury office, Darlington’s profile is growing exponentially, and we’re expanding with it, taking a second office in a different part of our historic town centre.”
Adam Wood, director, solicitor and notary public, said: “We are very proud to be in a position where our expanding teams need more office space. Coniscliffe House is a great location in town, so we’re delighted to have some of our team working from there and welcoming our clients there from next year.”
