Bromwich Hardy shopping centre contract brings Tom full circle

A commercial property specialist has come full circle after his company won the management contract for a premier Midlands shopping centre.

Kenilworth’s Talisman Square was one of the first contracts Tom Bromwich worked on when he started in the business in 1992. He has since co-founded Bromwich Hardy, one of the Midlands’ top commercial property agencies, which has now won the contract to take over the running of the prestige site.

Tom said: “It’s a bit like déjà vu for me, and I’m delighted that our property management team has secured this contract. It’s a testament to the skill and diligence the team brings to everything they do.”

Talisman Square was built in the 1960s and is in the heart of Kenilworth. It has 30 shops, including national names like Boots, WH Smith and Costa Coffee, and 10 flats. It is owned by Cobalt Estates of Kenilworth.

Bromwich Hardy partner Dawn Cooper said: “Winning the contract to manage Talisman Square is yet another feather in the cap of our award-winning property management team.

“The centre adds to our existing portfolio of high-profile clients, which includes the Historic Coventry Trust and many others, and we are thrilled that Cobalt Estates have entrusted us to look after all aspects of the site management.

“Our team is a link between owners and occupiers and we can handle everything from maintenance and repairs to rent collection.”

Bromwich Hardy is one of the country’s largest independent commercial property agencies, regularly featuring in independent lists of the most active firms in the industry.
