GCB Recruitment secures deal with Eleven Sports Media to become a Norwich City FC Community Partner.
GCB Recruitment, a specialist property and financial services recruitment agency, has signed a three-year deal with sports rights experts Eleven Sports Media to become a Norwich City FC Community Partner.
As a Community Partner, GCB will be able to share its message with fans at every stage of the matchday. GCB Recruitment will gain exposure via Eleven Sports Media’s broad digital fan engagement platforms installed throughout Carrow Road.
GCB will use mid-tier LED ribbon, and screens installed throughout concourse and hospitality areas to promote its recruitment services. Other benefits include a presence in every official matchday programme, the club’s official website and the famous big screen. The company plans to use the Community Partnership to reach growing EFL television audiences, as well as Norwich City’s loyal fanbase.
GCB will see their presence extended beyond East Anglia, using Eleven’s customer-targeted StatZone content, which aligns their brand with match related social media posts, shared via official Norwich City Twitter and Facebook channels.
GCB Recruitment was founded in 2010 by MD, Gareth Broom, who, since then has built a company that prides itself on a personable yet professional approach, working closely with job seekers and employers. They are experts in the property, finance and construction sectors, leading the market in the UK and overseas.
The company also offers experienced consultants across a multitude of industries including technical, engineering, architecture, and administration. GCB’s collaborative engine of bright-minded and motivated people genuinely care about the people they work with and deliver an impressive 97 per cent success rate with energy and a smile.
The Community Partnership programme enables GCB to solidify its roots within the local area and provides their business clients with a voice in professional sport.
GCB’s new-found status as a community partner further complements their major contribution to the East Anglian area. The business takes particular pride in its support of Neatherd High School, as explained by Operations Manager, Georgia Lane.
“Preparing school leavers for real-world situations like interviews and writing CVs are such important life skills and just as important as their GSCEs,” Lane said.
They will be joined by other organisations enrolled on the programme at invite-only partner events, something MD, Gareth Broom has highlighted as an exciting benefit of the agreement., commenting, “The events are a great opportunity to mingle with the other Norwich Community Partners. We’ve made some great connections and hopefully initiated some exciting business relationships.”
