Kingdom scoops top ESG award
Kingdom has been celebrating after winning the ESG Environment, Social & Governance Initiative of the Year Award at the IFSEC Security and Fire Excellence Awards.
Kingdom was nominated for six awards across five different categories, winning the award in the ESG category.
While Kingdom has received nominations before, this was the first time it had received so many nominations across a range of categories. The ceremony, held in London, is the sector’s most prestigious.
Iain Murphy, Director of Major Bids at Kingdom Security, says: “As a company, we are so pleased to pick up this award as it helps validate our ESG roadmap and all the hard work that goes in behind the scenes.
“We are genuinely focused on achieving our environmental and social value goals and look forward to working with our clients, partners, and competitors in helping to accelerate the ESG agenda across our sector.
Mark Wallace, Director and Shareholder of Kingdom Group, who represented Kingdom on the night to receive the award, adds: “We are thrilled to have received the award and be praised for the hard work that our colleagues have been doing.
“We recognise the importance of ESG and how it’s about making sure the world is in a better place for generations of people now and in the future. All Kingdom colleagues strive to be a leader for that mission.”
