Fast-growing international fitness brand opens first “state-of-the-art” London studio
Body Fit Training (BFT), Australia’s fastest-growing fitness brand, will officially open its doors on Saturday, February 11.
Located adjacent to Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park, BFT Battersea will be the first London studio to offer high intensity group strength and conditioning fitness programmes for the South West London fitness community.
Founded in Australia by Princess Diana’s personal trainer Cameron Falloon, BFT offers workouts based on science-backed programmes previously reserved for “elite athletes”. The sessions are delivered through progressive 50-minute functional strength, cardio, and conditioning-based classes across 13 different programmes.
The “state-of-the-art” fitness studio is being launched by Australian Charlie Hendrie, a certified personal trainer, who commented: “We are absolutely pumped to bring BFT’s first London site to Battersea. This will be the first of many BFT studios we will open within the next three years across South West London.
“We believe BFT offers something very different to other boutique fitness studios and have made it our goal to create an exciting new fitness community that are inspired and truly get the results they desire – it’s a lot like personal training, but redefined.”
BFT is based on a methodology and combines cardio with resistance programmes to train different energy systems every session. The bespoke technology used in the studio includes a heart rate monitor system which allows members to track their progress and compare their performance to previous sessions.
Charlie continued: “Through our scientifically proven training techniques and highly accredited team of coaches, who will be by your side to motivate, educate and push you to achieve your goals, we aim to provide the perfect environment for the community of Battersea to achieve their fitness goals.
“We thrive on building an environment where people can build friendships and have fun whilst working out. One way we will be looking to support our community is by running an eight-week challenge starting to help our members achieve their fitness goals supporting them with an eight-week meal plan and training programme.
“So, whether you are interested in losing weight, building muscle, breaking a fitness plateau or simply developing healthier habits, we are here to guide and support.”
