Red Loft launches new Housing Podcast

Leading property and regeneration consultancy Red Loft is launching a brand-new podcast on 23rd January. Hosted by company partner Danny Sutcliffe, the six-part series will see a plethora of esteemed guests from across the housing industry join Danny to discuss the property landscape in 2023 and tackle a number of issues facing the sector today.

Having been established in April 2002 by three founding partners, the Red Loft podcast celebrates the organisation’s twentieth birthday.

Each episode will offer informative and insightful conversations on how the industry has changed over the past 20 years, and examine how housing policy, modern methods of construction and changing public attitudes to housing will continue to shape the sector over the next 20 years.

The series will welcome a line-up of major names from several sectors of the industry, from private construction and architecture to local authorities and charitable Housing Associations.

Each episode will centre around a core theme, covering topics that include how some of the UK’s leading Housing Associations are investing in their existing homes and services and how the industry can support and encourage more women into construction.
