This week’s round up of London appointments includes ClearCourse, KYND and CapitalRise. Read on to find out more.
Christina Hamilton, ClearCourse
ClearCourse, a provider of integrated software solutions, today announces the appointment of Christina Hamilton as chief executive officer (CEO). Christina succeeds founding CEO Gerry Gualtieri, who assumes a new position as a non-executive board member of ClearCourse.
Christina is an “accomplished” leader of global financial technology businesses. She joins ClearCourse from the major payments platform, Stripe, and her career includes an “impressive” tenure at software company, Xplor, where she led the global Fitness & Wellbeing division.
Christina previously held executive roles at Western Union, overseeing the company’s B2B payments business in the UK and leading the international expansion of the WU.com digital payments business. She started her career in banking at Citigroup and UBS.
Andrew Blazye, ClearCourse’s board chair, said: “ClearCourse has undergone significant growth since launch – now employing over 900 people through nearly 40 acquisitions in the UK. Tapping into her valuable experience across software and financial services, Christina is an outstanding leader to take the business through the next stage of its evolution.

Dave Moreau, KYND Limited
KYND Limited, a provider of next-generation cyber risk management products and services, has announced the appointment of Dave Moreau as the new KYND Chairman of the Board.
Dave succeeds Mike Harris, who recently retired after serving as chairman since KYND’s inception and supported the company’s remarkable growth and transformational journey over the last four years.
He brings to the Board more than 30 years’ international executive-level experience in the media services and technology arenas, with particular focus on strategic partnership development, operational excellence, corporate governance, and leadership mentoring.
Having a proven track record in business transformation, PE and VC fundraising and successful exits, Dave currently serves as a non-executive director and chairman on a number of exciting and fast-growing projects across digital health, digital content, VR/AR, data and analytics, and advertising.
Dave added: “I’m honoured to be taking on the role of Chairman at a pivotal time in KYND’s journey as they are ramping up their global presence and building on their strong growth momentum.
“KYND’s industry-leading technology, tailored approach and in-depth cyber knowledge offers a next-generation service that brings immeasurable value to a number of sectors including insurance, financial services, and MSPs.”

Prime property financing firm CapitalRise has announced the appointment of four new senior hires; Raf Chowdhury joins as associate director, Ryan Parrett as lending director, Julia Sinclair as head of product, and Phillip Whiting is announced as the new head of marketing.
As Associate Director, Raf Chowdhury will be responsible for maintaining this trajectory of growth, supporting the lending team with his broad experience across all sectors of real estate and specialism in development finance.
Ryan Parrett’s new role as lending director will see him ensure the smooth management of broker and borrower relationships. Parrett joins CapitalRise after five years at Fiduciam, a pension fund-owned lender to entrepreneurs and enterprises.
As head of product, Julia Sinclair will lead the execution of the firm’s digital vision and strategy, both for the existing property investment platform and future offerings. Sinclair has worked at several fintech startups where she has designed and overseen the launch of new product lines, including an environmental investing mobile app.
Philip Whiting will be working to lead strategy and programme as the head of marketing. He has over six years’ experience with a global marketing agency, before he moved to a B2B consultancy where he developed a range of strategic and results-driven integrated programmes.
CapitalRise has also expanded its team with two additional new hires; Tony Humphreys (credit manager) and Flora Snape (marketing manager).
